DeKalb Office Environments has successfully completed the initial Steelcase Dealer Authorization Process, and is currently in the process of becoming re-authorized for the year 2001. All DOE personnel representing the Steelcase portfolio are required to pass product logic, knowledge and performance testing. The testing topics range from identifying core needs and business issues to providing solutions that will help the client maximize success in their business.
