A Letter from John Rasper, CEO DeKalb Office
Thank you very much for visiting us. As you can see, we’ve done some revitalizing of our online presence. Our new website is one aspect of a big change underway at DeKalb Office. After more than 50 years of doing business in the Greater Atlanta area, we’ve decided to rebrand.
Rebranding is a broad term. For us, it means turning an analytical eye toward ourselves, our customers and our industry. It means taking steps to ensure that we communicate who we really are to those who need to know us. It means building a complete understanding of the values we represent, both in our customer base and within our company.
We’ve identified our company’s key attributes and developed the important messages we need to convey now. You’ll find the information on this website and DeKalb Office’s other marketing materials but, more importantly, you’ll find it in every interaction you have with our staff, our products and our brand itself.
As we’ve worked on rebranding DeKalb Office, we’ve also taken steps to refresh our presence in important markets, particularly architecture/design and healthcare. We’ve begun the process of refreshing our position in the educational market, and have plans to launch an educational focused team in the near future.
We hope that both our new and established customers will understand that although we are changing along with the times, DeKalb Office will always uphold the values that defined our company through every step of our history.
